Our commitment
We want this site to be usable by everyone, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, or reduced-motion settings.
Standard we are working to
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. This site is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. It was built against those criteria and every page has been self-assessed against them. It has not been independently audited, so we do not claim full conformance — and we would rather say that than imply an audit we have not had.
What is in place
- Semantic headings and landmarks, and a skip link to the main content
- Full keyboard navigation with a visible focus indicator on every interactive element
- Text alternatives for meaningful graphics, including the Material-First™ hierarchy
- Animation suppressed for visitors whose system requests reduced motion
- Layout that reflows to small screens and supports browser zoom
- Form fields with persistent visible labels rather than placeholder-only labelling
Known limitations
Assessment
This site was evaluated by self-assessment in October 2026. Every page was checked with automated contrast measurement against the WCAG 2.1 AA minimums, navigated by keyboard, and reviewed for heading structure, image alternative text and form labeling. It has not been audited by a third party, and we would rather say that than imply otherwise.
