What we collect
When you submit the contact form we collect the information you enter: name, title, company, email address, phone number, industry, number of sites, area of interest, and anything you write in the message field.
We also collect limited technical information automatically, including your IP address, browser type and version, the pages you visit, the time of your visit, and the site or search that referred you.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and schedule an operational review
- To prepare a proposal and, if you become a customer, to deliver and support your program
- To improve how this site works
- We do not send marketing email to people who contact us through this site. If that ever changes, this page will say so first and every message will carry an unsubscribe link.
What we do not do
We do not sell your information.
Who we share it with
Delivering a program means coordinating vendors on your behalf, so information necessary to perform the service may be shared with the providers involved. We also use service providers to run this business, including website hosting, email, analytics and, where one is in use, a customer relationship system. We may disclose information where required by law.
How long we keep it
Enquiry information is kept for as long as it takes to respond and, where the enquiry becomes an account, for the life of that account. Manifests, profiles and compliance records carry retention periods set by regulation, and those override this policy wherever they are longer.
Your rights
To ask what we hold about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted, email info@kodaenvironmental.com. We will acknowledge the request and respond within 45 days. Where a record has to be kept for regulatory reasons we will say so rather than delete it quietly.
Cookies
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. When you arrive from an advertisement or a search, the campaign information in the link is held in your browser for the length of your visit so that an enquiry can be matched to what brought you here; it is discarded when you close the tab and it never leaves your browser unless you submit the form. If analytics or advertising tools are added later, this section will be updated before they go live, and your browser settings can block storage of this kind at any time.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect information submitted through this site. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
This site is intended for business use and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
