Work that
matters

KODA serves customers nationwide across hazardous waste, recycling, recovery and consulting. We hire operators — people who have run the work rather than supervised it from a distance — and we give them the authority to act on what they see.

What it is like here

Operators, not administrators

Every employee has the authority to improve a customer's business. That is not a slogan — it means if you see a better answer for a material stream, you are expected to raise it, and we are expected to act on it. It follows directly from how the company is built.

We tell customers the truth even when it costs us the sale, and we expect the same internally. If a program cannot be improved, we say so. If something goes wrong, it gets documented and fixed rather than managed quietly.

We will never sacrifice
safety for speed.

How we develop people

A defined path, not a trial by fire

  • A structured first 90 days — from foundation and shadowing through guided practice to owning an account end to end
  • Three training tracks: waste and hazardous waste, sustainability, and environmental consulting
  • Progression earned through demonstrated work reviewed by a manager, not time served
  • A 90-day check-in on how we are doing as an employer, not just how you are doing

Open roles

Where we
are hiring

The same role in two markets, each based in its own territory with travel to customer sites. We read applications continuously rather than only when a posting is up — if this is your background, we would rather know you before we need you.

Waste & Recycling Sales

Open the conversation with operations and plant leadership, work out what a site actually generates, and carry it through to a program that gets delivered. Suited to someone who has sold waste or industrial services and would rather diagnose than pitch.

Dallas–Fort Worth Accepting applications

Waste & Recycling Sales

The same role, run out of the Carolinas. Territory ownership from the first conversation through to delivery, working with plants and distribution operations across the region. Suited to someone who already knows the market and the people in it.

Charlotte, NC Accepting applications

Tell us what you have actually run, not what you have managed from a distance.

Equal opportunity

KODA Environmental is an equal opportunity employer. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law. Reasonable accommodation is available during the hiring process on request — just ask.
